A proud native of the District of Columbia, Julian grew up with a global perspective. A Howard University Bison, Fluent in French by 13, a United States Air Force Veteran, and an avid endurance runner. He will go the distance to implement your mission effectively.

Aspa Pacome Kokro

Chief Technical Officer 

Our expert in engineering and sustainability. Mr. Kokro obtained a Master's degree in Naval Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. A native of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, he is passionate about community development through science. 

As a native French speaker, Aspa is a global citizen with a track record as an ambassador for social development. He is currently completing a Doctorate in Marine Architecture.

Riley Landsman

Operations Manager, Washington Office

Riley has practical expertise in public policy, security studies, and international affairs. He provides strategic support augmenting niche client-focused solutions to meet stakeholder objectives with precision. Riley holds a B.A. in International Relations with specialization  in Global Terrorism Studies from the University of Maryland — while currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations.
