Anaiise brings a multidisciplinary leadership style that blends strategic planning, financial stewardship, and relationship-based engagement to build strong partnerships and drive sustainable impact. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Lynn Development Group, where she oversees grants management, financial operations, and communications, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the organization’s work remains mission-aligned and financially sound while advancing integrated approaches that strengthen the agricultural community. Her Afro-Indigenous and Dominican heritage shapes how she leads, listens, and builds trust across communities.
Aspa Pacome Kokro
Chief Technical Officer
Our expert in engineering and sustainability. Mr. Kokro obtained a Master's degree in Naval Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. A native of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, he is passionate about community development through science.
As a native French speaker, Aspa is a global citizen with a track record as an ambassador for social development. He is currently completing a Doctorate in Marine Architecture.
Riley Landsman
Operations Manager, Washington Office
Riley has practical expertise in public policy, security studies, and international affairs. He provides strategic support augmenting niche client-focused solutions to meet stakeholder objectives with precision. Riley holds a B.A. in International Relations with specialization in Global Terrorism Studies from the University of Maryland — while currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations.
